Windows 7: FAX weird problem

Just recently the FAX application has started behaving strangely. Now when receiving a FAX, the status says everything is OK, but when we go to the FAX inbox there is nothing there and it does not print to the default printer either.

Any suggestions??? I have been through all of the settings, and they "look" normal....

Try reinstalling the software. If your using Windows Fax, then you do it through the control panel/programs and features.



Uncheck the box/reboot/check the box (maybe reboot again).
