    Mouse

Hi, I have been playing a game called Combat Arms, and since it's an FPS ( First-Person Shooter ) it is very hard to play on a laptop. I've used a Microsoft mouse for over 2 years now, but one day my sister pulled it out all of a sudden, and now it goes very slow, but only on CombatArms. Usually, in Combat Arms, whenever I used the touchpad, it was laggy, but now, whenever I use the Mouse, it is laggy. The touchpad acts as if it's the mouse, and it never lags since today. But now the mouse is lagging, like the touchpad used too.

Is there a way to change how the computer thinks of my mouses? I want mine to think as if the wireless mouse is the main mouse.

Go here and download the latest drivers for your mouse and install them - turn it upside down it should have its name on the bottom.

Then go to the desktop icon, and click on it - you will have a lot of options for speeding up the pointer, allow program specific settings etc - hopefully the driver will fix it, but these settings maybe usefull - otherwise buy a new mouse. Might be an idea to disable the touchpad - you will have more resources playing games.
