    Memory type ID in W7

Is there a way to find what type/speed memory is installed in a Win7 Pro system...looked through system and accessories...but can't find anything ? Any way to have Windows report on the type/speed of the sticks in the case ?

    Thanks, Tim

    Hi trinaz.:)

Have a look at Speccy, It will give you a complete system summary, including all the details you are looking for on your memory.

Speccy - System Information - Free Download

    Hope this helps.

Take a look at cpuid. http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpuz/cpuz64_153.zip
No installation needed. It automatically detects memory speed and cpu speed. Simply extract from the zip file and run the program.
