I want to turn off all my USB devices when my computer is off, so I dont have the LED lights on.
I run win7 on a Zotac ION D motherboard.
Any help would be hot :)

Any devices that are USB powered should be no problem here - with those that have an external power source some LED is normal to show that power is available.
What you could look at is a "green" power strip, this will power off all devices attached to it when the master device, the PC, is not drawing current.

work around: buy a USB hub, plug usb devices into that HUB... when you're done with the computer, disconnect the HUB from computer.
The device is an external IR reciever which I want to be off when the computer is off. Its only plugged into an USB-port, so the green strip isne an option. Neither is the USB hub, I want it to just power off automatically.
But thanks for the inputs!
As long as there is mains power to the system PSU the USB ports will be powered if you remove this power, (switch off the supply at the wall socket), the USB device should power down.
One other thing to look at is the power settings make sure that the enable windows to switch off this device setting is enabled, with this set putting the system into hibernate should switch off the device. This will however depend on the device and the motherboard / bios fully supporting the function
