Just out of idle curiousity.....

With an OEM copy of windows 7 can you install it to 2 drives in the same computer?

Bottom line is yes, if it is on the same machine... I used to do this with xp so I had a backup if something happened to one install, I had another one I could use to fix it...

Well thank you so much for that.......that means that building my own computer I should be within the legal rights of OEM licensing, not that it matters to much of the population anyway.
