video card ? Yes !

Is it that you want to use programs that won't work in 64bit Windows ?

Have you updated BIOS, drivers etc. ?

Cheers.
no. i have programs like eco utlity, pc health monitor, and other toshiba programs thats specially made for my laptop series (t100 series since mine is the t115d)
and it didnt come with the cd but toshiba did say i need like 3 dvd blacks and make a back up of my operating system, drivers and the software preloaded from the laptop with this program which i forgot.

but programs like these, cant i just clck and drag them from "my programs" list and drag them to my flash drive and it should work when i drag them back?

No, they need to be installed before you can use them.
Also the programs you talk about probably use 64bit drivers.

The drivers ( and programs would be on a Toshiba WIN 7 32bit disk just for your computer )

for those Toshiba programs would have to downloaded for 32bit i would think before you did anything drastic !

64bit or 32bit - the RAM problem is the same. Personally I prefer 32bit too, but for other reasons. As the previous poster said, it's your on-board graphics that needs the 250MBs since it has no own memory. This system will not become a race horse unless you invest a lot of money (RAM, SSD) - and still. So why don't you enjoy it as is.

BTW.
A lot of stuff on the laptop would be bloatware too.

Trial versions of this and that etc.etc.

If you want help in that direction start a new post in the performance forum.

I have 4gb ram but 3.2gb usable on 32bit system. I dont want to upgrade to 64bit because its not stable as 32bit so is there other solution to get those 0.8gb?
or just to pull out 1gb ram but thats not what I want to do and I think its not good to use 3ram on dual core,or Im wrong?
my processor is 64 dual core
