I am stumped. I got a little camcorder / camera and I was getting errors while importing videos. I took the camera and SD card back and replaced them. I am still getting the error. It happens randomly and only on one of my Windows 7 computers and only with this new camera. My old camera has no problem but the new camera's files are much larger. I have never got the error on another computer and I have tried 3. It seems to happen on large video files when I have more than 1 to import, but not all the time. Importing to my laptop works fine so I know it's the hardware on my desktop or a Windows setting. I DO have this system "tweaked" for my SSD. (Superfetch off, Page file set to 256MB (I already tried a large page file) etc...) I am not importing the videos / pictures to my SSD....I am importing them to another disk. If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears. Here's the error.
Edit: it looks like it's one of my front panel USB ports. That's why it's random. I have found the problem....but I still don't understand why I have never had a problem with it before now. This IS the 1st time I have imported 720p video.....so maybe that port cannot handle all the data...I don't know.
