    driver help


    2 drives are out of date this
    happen when i updated to Windows 7 the drivers are out ofg date SPTD device and archlp device is not working
    properly but i do not know what they are and when i go to device manager there not there i can't
    find them this may be the problem how can i update them

    tz what is the symptom how did you get to know they are not working what kind of messages are you getting have you tried Googling the drives to see what they are and maybe it might give you a hint how to update them

    Hi there, SPTD suggests maybe burning/imaging software like Alcohol, Deamon Tools and also windows degubbing tools so if using any of these i would reinstall the program and see if the errors carry on. Archlp seems to refer to Arcsoft connect Software. If you have this reinstall and also scan for viruses as many programs seem to think this to be malicious. Hope this helps!
