Was one of those things I came across before I bought mine, and also saw that it had been fixed.

    Also found this,

    Please help wierd restart issue! - General-Homebuilt - Homebuilt-Systems

and it sure looks like the same problem that churin is having.
Except churin doesnt even have to touch his... just walk by it!

As I posted I contacted Cool Master and they sent me a replacement sub-assembly on which the reset switch, the power switch, etc. are located. But by the time it arrived, the problem stopped happening so I decided to postpone replacing the sub-assembly unit until it comes back again. I thought it stopped because of change of humidity condition but it has not recurred since.

One way to test this would be to get or borrow a Humidifier. Change the Humidity of the room and see if that causes issue again. (Unless it is needing to be less humid... then I don't know what to do for that....)

I have one and they are great for controlling allergies and such....

As stated in the first pages of this thread that is usually the main cause.

I am glad you got that sorted out and your comp is working again. This was a very strange case (no pun intended). I had never heard of a PC shorting out just by walking by it...
