AMD PCI Express 3G10 filter driver problem

So im going through my device manager and stumble across this evil driver. AMD PCI Express 3G10 filter driver i click properties click the resource tab and see that its trying to use resources allocated to system board and ACPI x64 PC i pasted it below and no i cant uninstall it as it removes every driver in my system with itself then reinstalls itself on next boot with the same issue. anyone know a way to fix this problem i would much appreciate it as im sure it isnt good for my PC to have a resource conflict with a driver thats connect to everything.
