Win7 Install on Netbook

Hi. I want to install Win7 32bit Pro on my netbook...but it doesn't have any disc drives. Do I need to set up an external DVD drive with the installer on the DVD, or can I do this with a USB drive or...?

Here are specific instructions on doing the install from a USB flash drive:

It's quite easy. It's also faster than from a DVD.
