Plugged in not charging

Hi,
I have a Samsung R517 system. The system is working fine for the past 6 months. One of the days I left my system plugged in over night and next day when I woke up. The status for the battery was plugged in not charging. I ran the battery cycle which took approx 1hr 30 mins to drain out the battery and charged it again. But the battery would be charged only till 75%. I have tried to update the system BIOS to the latest one but still nothing. And the issue is the battery charge light shows 100%. I cannot check the battery health in the BIOS as it is a 5 page BIOS. Please help !

PS: I don't want to send the system for repairs.
