Well, in that firmware page they answered ''I do not think this is a firmware problem''. Installing Windows 7 64bit right now, mby it helps. Any other suggestions ?

I noticed now that if i push few times eject button then cd drive dissapears from My computer and from Device Manager too. It seems windows thinks that eject button is cd drive power off button :P. With 64bit problem stays.
Could it be registry issue ?

Another thing to try would be to disable the
driver signing permanently by disabling the integrity checks flag. To do this follow these instructions:
- Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Right click Command Prompt > Run as administrator.
- Paste the following line into the Command Prompt window and hit Enter
bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS - Restart the computer.
