Windows 7 - Mouse polling rate fix for Win7?

| | Mouse polling rate fix for Win7? I understand that Windows 7 by default is limited to a mouse polling rate of 125 hz, which many gamers claim is not really optimal for fast action games. (I have no idea if it would help me, but hey, faster is better right?) I understand there are some hacks around this, but they are of course not supported by MS and have inconsistent or unpredictable results. Any chance that Microsoft will support a higher mouse polling rate in the future? |
