HP Deskjet 935C prints only header, not bodyMy HP deskj

My HP deskjet 935C all of a sudden prints only the addressees of a e-mail message, not the content or body. This is with windows 7, but it worked fine for months with it.
Selecting and highlighting the text and then print selection still prints only the addressees.

It must be suddenly something with Windows Live Mail, because other documents print and a Test page prints fine too. But I have no idea what could cause it and how to fix it.

It may have been caused by a recent update, or if you have kids... they like to click. Check all the settings regarding printing in Live Mail.

There are no kids in the house and I am the only person using the computer. What settings do you want me to check?
Strangely the "helper" for the printer finds nothing wrong!
Printer is on and wireless light is also on.

I'd check the settings in Live Mail for printing...

Since you said the printer prints everything else fine... it must be a setting in LM.

I agree with Darryl. Since your other apps print fine; the problem must be with Live Mail. I had a similar problem with Outlook when I first installed Windows Seven and Office 2007. I don't remember exactly what solved it; but I first checked the printer in Device Manager; next I made sure my printer was the default printer via the Control Panel; finally I went through all of the printer settings in Outlook and redid them. The printer worked. What fixed it, I don't know.

I am totally unfamiliar with Live Mail; I have never used it. I would start by looking for options.
