    transcend ,pny, kingston and corsair are all good makes for pendrives ,steer clear of the chinese imports with unreliable and misquoted memory sizes

    Since they do not specify the transfer speed nor the access time, it is hard to say. The make does not mean anything. I compared 2 Kingstons, and see the difference. The first one is about 70 times slower than the second one (access time). So the first one would never qualify for e.g. Ready Boost.

    just one more question, will this work on my xbox 360? if i plug it in, my old usb does but thats only 256mb...

    A couple of days ago I bought a 4GB Sun Disk Cruzer at Staples for $2.75 (after rebates). It has an access time of 0.6ms and it has the U3. If you hurry, you might still get one.
