| | Microsoft Hardware Support You just can't beat Microsoft hardware support. I called them because the Wireless Desktop 2000 I bought occasionally, randomly misses keystrokes. They offered to replace it with the 4000 model no questions asked. I don't even have to send the old one back to them. You'd think mean ole Microsoft was trying to out-nice Apple or something  |
