Windows 7 - Middle mouse button emulation ???

Hi,

I have Pentagram Virtuoso tablet what is really nice and cheap Wacom alternative but it has come with a stylus (pen) what has only one button. This button serves as mouse right click emulation.

Unfortunately, many 3D applications make good use of the mouse middle button. Thus, with a single-button stylus it is hard to work comfortably with these applications. Wacom tablets come with a stylus what has two-function button (right and middle mouse button emulation) but are pretty expensive.

Consequently, I am looking for a middle-button software emulator for my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. I expect such a driver to emulate middle mouse button click with right mouse button clicked simultaneously with e.g. ALT keyboard key.

Any idea what software will do the job on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate???
