Can’t open external hard drive. Can you help?

Can’t open external hard drive. Can you help?

I don’t know if any one here can answer this, but here goes…

The cover to my external hard drive housing is secured by four Torx® head screws. They are quit small. I have Torx® bits down to T10, but that’s too big.

Can any one tell me what size Torx® bit do I need?

The external drive is a USB 2 Samsung Story 1TB.

Cheers.

I believe hard drives use size 8.

Thanks for the info.

Any idea where I can get a Torx® T08 bit from? I’m in the UK.

Cheers.

Here you go: T8 TORX SCREWDRIVER 165mm LONG UK SHOP T-8 on eBay (end time 18-Apr-10 21:17:11 BST)

If you want to try to find a better deal, go to eBay and search for torx t8 screwdriver.
