| Windows 7 64bit 21 posts | Can’t open external hard drive. Can you help? Can’t open external hard drive. Can you help? I don’t know if any one here can answer this, but here goes… The cover to my external hard drive housing is secured by four Torx® head screws. They are quit small. I have Torx® bits down to T10, but that’s too big. Can any one tell me what size Torx® bit do I need? The external drive is a USB 2 Samsung Story 1TB. Cheers. |
