Mouse = "Uknown USB Device"
Hello Windows 7 Forums!
I recently bought myself a laptop and am having troubles with a wireless mouse using Windows 7 Home Premium.
The mouse is a:
Micro Innovations
Model #: PD7250LS
Device manager only recognizes it as an "Unknown USB Device."
Micro Innovations tech-support tells me that the mouse is generic and that they do not have drivers for the mouse; Just software to help configure it.
The odd thing is that Plug N Play works great with Linux. Even stranger is that it also works great, with Windows 7..... while using a Hub.
I have a Toshiba Satellite L455D-S5976.
The mouse also works like a charm on my friends Compaq CQ61-410US using Windows 7 Home Premium as well.
Any ideas?
