% Bandwidth use by USB ports

Is there a way to change what % of bandwidth a usb port uses?
My current config gives 20% to the front panel usb ports and 10% to all the back panel ports. I do not use the front panel ports and I would like to increase the amount in my game controllers ports.

Actually those numbers are not the bandwidth available to the port... They are the bandwidth reserved by the system for error checking and commands sent to the port.

You're actual available speeds are 100% - System Reserved, so with 10% reserved, your USB maxes out at 100% - 10% == 90%.

Believe me, you're not suffering any unnecessary limitations.
