You have to determine which memory modules you have. CPU-Z program, free on the net, can help you with this. Then, visit the RAM maker's site for proper vdimm (voltage), frequency and timings. Adjust your system bios accordingly with this information.

Look inside for a round and flat battery. Gently remove it from the motherboard for at least 30 seconds and then place it back inside its retainer. That will get you up and booted again.

I advise then, letting a friend or someone with pc experience adjust the bios for you.

You're welcome. Well, 2 things you can do for the time being. 1 is to fill in your system specs to the best of your ability.

And 2 would be to follow this thread on how to post the actual crash dumps. Perhaps we can pick up on something causing the error, like a utility driver or something else...

riclx, this can happen quite a lot in Bad Company 2. You could try lowering your graphic settings to DX9 by going to your user folder>Documents>BFBC2>settings and set DxVersion from auto to 9.

I would update to the latest utilities offered on your motherboard manufacturer's download site. There is a utility driver that would be updated by doing this, that has caused 0x116 and 0x117 errors. Older versions which I'm betting you have one of them, are known problem causers.
