    Setting email for cellphone

I have an HTC S60. Microsoft Mobile device manager pops up that I have no email thing fo rmy cellphone. How can I set it?

How do I make it shut up so I can plug my phone in without popups?

Kill active sync from startup or msconfig

you can still start "active sync" manually... You can also modify the options to only sync what you 'need/want'.

uncheck email and stop the "startup".

It is unchecked. Thats what I'm getting at. It should sync with my MSN.

Yea. It does not even let me check off mail. I guess i'll have to google more.

edit: found http://www.wieser-software.com/topdr...aq.htm#mapierr I dont know how to do it for w7 though.

I also found deleting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Messaging Subsystem\MSMapiApps::WmdHost.exe but removing the key didnt help, unless I need to reboot.
