First off, can't tell your system specs - please update them so we know what make/model of SSD you have
Secondly, did you run wiper as an Admin?

Elevated mode = run as admin. You can set this for cmd when you go to All programs > Accessories > right click on Command Prompt > Properties > Advanced > check the box "always run as admin". Then it will always run in elevated mode. Else you will have to right click on cmd and "Run as admin" each time. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

You don't need to run wiper on Windows 7, OCZ wiper is for non TRIM OS such as XP. "For use within windows 7 there is absolutely no maintenance needed apart from allowing the machine to idle at the login screen for a few hours each week, this allows the garbage collection time to recover the drive and free up space TRIM has not been able to deal with. For all other windows based OS with no TRIM support...The simple answer is an application called Wiper.exe."
OCZ Staff
Now you can run it on Windows 7, but you have to jump thru some hoops.
Wiper runs in IDE mode, also if you have a Nvidia Chipset, it has to be changed to a windows controller for it to work. There are several threads on it over at OCZ, here is one in particular, that might help: Support Question Wiper Does not work,Can i use Sanitary Erase on OS,i can reinstall Vista(Vertex 120GB)
In all seriousness, it's a real hassle, just follow the quote above from the OCZ staff. Running it or not...either way I hope you enjoy your SSD! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number self built OS Windows 7 Professional 64 CPU i7 860 Motherboard ASUS P7P55D-E Pro /onboard SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Memory 8GB Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 DDR3 1600 Graphics Card (2) Nvidia EVGA GTX 470 SLI Sound Card Onboard VIA VT1828S 8 channels Monitor(s) Displays ASUS VW266H 25.5" HDMI Widescreen LCD and HP vs19 LCD 19" Screen Resolution 1920 x 1200 : 1280 X 1024 dual Keyboard Saitek Mouse Microsoft Optical comfort mouse 3000 PSU COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 1000W Case LIAN LI Lancool PC-K62 Cooling Prolimatech Megahalems with Scythe "ULTRA KAZE" 120 Hard Drives Intel X25-M 80GB SSD (boot)
