    Alienware FX keyboard

Ok so something is corrupted because when I try to edit the theme this error pops up and when I close the pop up the command center crashes. What could it be?
I've attached a screen shot of the error message. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried running as administrator?

Yes, I've tried the most common things. Uninstalling, reinstalling, repair, etc. Google search came up with very limited info. One person did a whole mess of registry edits which looked more complicated than I wanted to deal with. If I google search just the error of "HRESULTE_FAIL" a whole bunch of links show up, but none of it really helped with my specific issue. So this is a common error to windows I'm guessing that's caused by the application that's been corrupted. I just don't know what was corrupted since uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't help. I frankly don't want to go to the extreme of reinstalling windows for this.

Anybody else have an idea what's causing this problem?

What version of the command center are you using?

Check out this post on the dell site. Maybe update your command center and see if you get the same error.

It only downloads the dell download manager. After that it doesn't detect anything. Nevermind I got it and that solved it. Thanks.

Also how do I mark this as "solved"?

Hi glad that worked out for you.

To mark as solved, either try editing your first post and see if you can change the Title, then just add 'Solved' or notify an admin or mod and ask them.

I have done that on other forums and it works, but not sure here.
