Hello,

I ordered a customized desktop from HP, and I chose Sound Blaster Titanium; however, I think I got the Xtreme Edition instead.

Is there a way to identify it without opening the box?

hi cyberian75 have a read of this tutorial to help you identify the hardware id number, then google the resulting number Hardware Identification

ok then when you look at the ports on the sound card is the back plane silver or black ,if black its the titanium

are the sound controls on the front panel black, and does it say " X-FI" on it if so it is the titanium
