Hp Tm2t multi-touch laptop worth it?

    Hey everyone,

Its been a while since ive posted here. I was looking into getting the Hp touchsmart tm2t. I love the multitouch and tablet forum that it provides, but it isnt very high on the specs for the cost it is. I upgraded the processor to 1.6, the harddrive to a 500GB and the videocard is an ATI.

I was just wondering if it should get this laptop, or another that is around the same price of $1500.00USD

    Thanks everyone,
    Ben

The multitouch isn't all that useful. Keep in mind the vast majority of application interfaces are designed with no touch interaction in mind.

That said, I own three tabletPCs. They are only most useful with OneNote and Internet Explorer. I use it mainly when typing or having a screen flipped up in front of my is inconvenient, like while I'm standing over someone's shoulder or at a meeting table.
