Just identify your hardware and find a secure connection to download the correct
drivers. The most recent obviously as 7 is relatively new. Install them, device manager should recognize the change, yet if it doesn't reboot and it should, if it still doesn't rescan. You shouldn't have to revert with a restore point or reinstall. The
drivers for your hardware are just apparently not in the SQL or other windows
driver services database. I have a similar piece of hardware bought from Hong Kong, but on installing the
driver sent with it, I've had no issues with it functioning or being recognized in device
driver.
Before you even attempt this though reboot and hit f8, run Windows repair. See if that works. See if they are visible in safe mode as well.
