| | Could be a bad seat or you may have had a stick go bad entirely. If there are two, try removing one, then swapping them and make sure they both work fine individually. Then try both again. |

| | I am having this same problem.I recently switched from windows 7 ultimate x64 to windows 7 ultimate x32 bit . I have 4 GB RAM usable, now it shows only 3GB as being usable...( in 32 bit windows...) |
