Windows 7: need mxsetup file

I boughtmy mx700 open box. It had no nstall disk for windows. I downloaded all the software from Canon except, themxsetup.exe is not available, and seems to be critical to accessing the printer over the network. An iP address has been assigned; i can ping it. But tha tmemory card thing in the printern is read-only and there seems no way for me to change it. And the networek IJ tool won't assign a drive letter.

So, can someone please send me mxsetup, and the other files that are not on the website for canon? Any other helpful hints would be appreciated.
