Windows 7: A4Tech WebCam not working

I would suggest that you look up on the website of your pc's manufacturer and see if they have a support page(usually, they do) and look for drivers for windows 7 that you can download. Vista and windows 7 are much the same but there are some drivers that are specifically written for win 7. chip set drivers are necessary for your integrated hardwares to function properly...hope this helps....

plz any one can help me about a4tech pks-732k driver? i see green screen when i try to use my web cam on yahoo messenger 10. plz help

my pk-635k was working fine until a few days ago. It would only a green screen when I use it on skype or even when I use amcap. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but it's not working still.

I just acquired this used laptop (Pavilion dv7-2173cl)which was upgraded to W7 pro 32-bit. Device manager says "This device is working properly". Indeed it works with google chat but I cannot make it work alone, on its own. The cam shortcut does not make it turn on; all it does is open a box...

Webcam not working!
I had used Windows Vista previously (hated the thing) so finally I switched over to Windows 7. It's great. But now my webcam has stopped working. I have a Sony Vaio computer Model PCG-394L and the specification (idk what to call it >.>) is VGN-FZ20E. Also, the memory card slots have stopped working...

So my HP Webcam wasn't able to be recognized by any software so I went to Device Manager and Uninstalled the driver after checking for a newer version. Afterwards it only installed as a USB Video Device. I just had to completely reinstall my Windows 7 OS so it didn't have the driver saved. ...

hi. i use pk-635k webcam, for now, i use the windows xp driver for it. but, its so dark and pixelated, but when i try it on windows 7 on the shop where i bought this webcam, its bright and fine. and i tried it on windows xp, its so clear. but on my computer, its a dump. i think its on the driver...

i've tried to use the drive for windows vista at windows 7, but it just no works! i also tried to use the DriverMax, but it didn't worked please, can someone help me? i reeeeeeeealy don't wanna buy another webcam/change back to vista
