I would suggest that you look up on the website of your pc's manufacturer and see if they have a support page(usually, they do) and look for drivers for windows 7 that you can download. Vista and windows 7 are much the same but there are some drivers that are specifically written for win 7. chip set drivers are necessary for your integrated hardwares to function properly...hope this helps....

I was about to give on this one, when I remembered that I have a CD that came with this cam when I bought it, like 5 years ago,yes its an old cam by now, but it still works fine, What puzzled me is that when I installed this on a Win 7 64 bit, I use the driver that I downloaded from the A4tech website and it works just fine, though it doesn't recognize the device as an A4Tech but Look312...anyway this model is PK-635 only, not 635k or 635M. So after rummaging through my old stuff, I found the CD and ran it on this Win 7 32 bit and to my surprise it worked and it correctly recognized the device as an A4tech...anyway, if there is somebody out there with a similar kind of problem, I would gladly share this CD. Thanks to the guys that replied on my post, really appreciate it...
hey.., can you share it.., same problem here!.., but on my case., it cant work on 64BIT

my pk-635k was working fine until a few days ago. It would only a green screen when I use it on skype or even when I use amcap. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but it's not working still.
