    Lots of questions:

Is this a constant error when you boot? or during a specific task or random?

How long has this happened? just today?

Does it reboot or shutdown your comp?

    Has anything changes since yesterday?

Did you install/uninstall any programs recently?

If this is happening on boot, then try safe mode to see if it goes away.

If this just happened today and nothing was changed to create this, then try a system restore to yesterday and see if it goes away.

Answer those questions and try system restore if safe mode doesn't help. If system restore doesn't work, then we will move to heavier solutions.

WksWP.exe is Works Word Processor. something might have messed up on your system.

Are these both just pop-up errors? or do they prevent you from using programs on your computer?

I think windows is trying to run an activation software to activate Works, but it is failing.

MS Office isn't free and it stops some functionality after 3 months i think 60 day trial. Works though, I thought ,was free with the comp, but I dont know.

    Have you had any BSOD's?
