    sti_trace

After I installed my new epson printer I get this sti_trace in my folder. It is a note pad thing and I keep deleteing but every time I restart it puts it back on. I have made a printer folder and put it in that and yet every single time I restart it is back in my folder. Okay so how do I get rid of this thing?

    Hi Areil,

First, please fill out your System Specs as completely as possible so we can better assist you.

What folder are you finding this file in, and what is the full filename (including extension?)

    Cheers,

No further info has been given on this annoying file, in my case it pops up in my "UserName" folder on the Start Menu [GRRRR!]. I understand that it is part of the Still Image Monitor, but surely Windows can be told to store it elsewhere?
