Win7User512, remove all memory, leave the GFX card plugged - then turn on the mobo (GFX card only, no memory installed). It should beep now, the beep code should be short continuous beeps (beep beep beep beep...) indicating no memory installed. If it beeps, then the mobo is OK, plug one memory on any bank, now remove your GFX card, turn on the system (no GFX card, only 1 RAM stick), it should beep 3-4 times with the first beep sound a bit longer than the rest (beeeep beep beep beep, like that). If it beeps, then the mainboard is indeed OK, you can start debuggin your RAM sticks and GFX card...

    UPDATE:

    IT'S WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pressed the button on the back of the board to reset the CMOS and it started up!!!!!

The best news I have seen all week: "No keyboard is connected."

    WOW I am so relieved.

Thank you everyone for your interest and suggestions. You guys helped keep me going, no doubt about it.

I was one or two more tries away from trying to RMA the board and RAM.

One thing though is I'm getting a no hard disk detected during post. Of course, nothing is installed on it, so could that be why?

It is connected to the board's sata and is connected to the PSU...

No hard disk detected shows it's not being detected having windows on it doesn't matter check your connections, the SATA cable on both ends and the power connection. You might even want to try a different SATA connection on the board if on 1 go to 2 -3 or 4 and see if you get a detection. Fabe

I have it installing Windows now.

Seems slow expanding the Windows files...Seen a Core 2 Duo do it faster...IDK...

Fooling with the CMOS is one of my last resorts. Ironically, it was the fix.

The manual doesn't go much into that or the battery and it prob should have more info on troubleshooting the board.

I am still getting "No hard disk detected" during POST.

Even though Windows is installed, the HD is the first boot device, etc.

    Hi
Congratulations on your patience and perseverance. :)
Try swapping the boot order (first etc) of your hard drive during boot.
Can also be done via the BIOS Menu.

    Regards

After looking into the issue online, it appears I have to disable the Marvell controllers.
