Windows 7: CPU upgrade

Since I dont know much about cpu's i would like to ask you guys:

My motherboard: Biostar P4M80-M4
Which cpu's i can put into my motherboard?:
1) SL79K Intel Pentium 4 2.8/1MB/800 Socket 478 HT - eBay (item 180514962710 end time Jun-30-10 14:15:17 PDT)
2) SL7PM Intel Pentium 4 E 3.00/1MB/800 Socket 478 HT MY - eBay (item 180512550389 end time Jun-24-10 21:30:07 PDT)

Also, maybe you can recommend me what kind of AGP video card should i take (i would buy it on ebay for maximum 25$)(atm i have fx5200, so i want to have at least 6series, but it doesnt matter if it is ati or nvidia, all that matters for me is perfomance)

Your board supports the following list of CPU's consisting of Pentium 4 and Celeron's Biostar USA

Both those CPU's should work.

The Radeon 9600 xt was a good AGP 4x/8 card but think it still will run you more than $25 but you should check the auction sites. I have a 9800M (M-mobility or laptop video) with 256Mb RAM running Windows 7 Pro 32, 2 Gb RAM in the laptop and a 3.4 GHz CPU and it runs very well, the 9800M is less of a card than the 9600 xt.

Damn its ower 30dolars :?(15 shipping) And connection to display is strange... Also it only has 128mb ram: ATI AIW Radeon 9600 XT 128MB AGP Video Card 109-A09000 - eBay (item 310228645957 end time Jun-28-10 16:15:53 PDT)
