Key profiler? Are you talking about the Setpoint software, or UberOptions?

uberOptions: uberOptions: Enable all options on all buttons in SetPoint

And if it is Setpoint you want the previous 4.8 version,

Old Version of SetPoint Download - OldApps.com

as I have seen little to nothing good about the new 6.0/6.1 version and G5's.

For the time being Logitech has no 64 bit support on thier support site. I had to get the drivers for my G15 keyboard and G9 mouse from a third party link. I used some 2010 64 bit drivers from a link but everyone seeems to be complaining about the G5 drivers for Windows 7.

It was there a couple of weeks ago, but for whatever reason they have pulled the x64 links. You can still get the x64 downloads from the Logitech FTP server,

ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/keyboards/

and go up a level to find the mouse folder.

Here's the link to the latest Setpoint version for G5s

G5 Laser Mouse

You have to go through the Support section of the website to find them as the main website only has the drivers for the newer hardware. Click the "Download" link and you'll find the link there to download Setpoint.

If you have 64 bit Windows, then you'll need to follow stormy13's link above this post.
