Camcorder

Please help me. I can't connect my camcorder (JVC GZ MG155-AG) to my PC. I use windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. When I try to connect my camcorder, it says that it can't recognize my camcorder. JVC's site told me that my camcorder compatible with windows 7. Please tell me how to fix it.

Sorry for my bad english.

The link doesn't help. I didn't find IEEE 1394 Bus Host Controllers on my device manager.

Shut down computer and just plug in your camcorder to see if that helps.
Make sure you have downloaded the most recent update of your camcorder.
These are things I would do to get it running.

I've try it, and it's failed. JVC suck at customer service. They didn't have the driver online. I have to pay for the original driver CD (mine is missing) and that was the same old driver. Help pleaseee

You cam corder is on the Windows 7 compatibility list at JVC Windows® 7 Home Premium (32bit/64bit) Compatibility about Drivers/Applications for Camcorder | Support & Download for JVC Products | | JVC

You might want to invest in a dedicated power USB Hub, your USB power from your PC might not be able to handle the device.
