Dear Friends,
I solved the issue.I was sure that it was a problem with virus.I tried scanning with many anti virus programmes. But none detected it.Finally I downloaded Microsoft security essentials and it detected. It was trojan.
Name of the virus was Virus:Win32/Alureon.H.
Symptoms: Suddenly your harddisk become invisilble in Disk managmemnt as well as device manager. But visible in Expolrer.
Wont be able to take backup using windows backup. It will throw some error.
