My DvD Ram was Disabled from My Computer

my dvd ram HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H42N ATA Device was disabled from my computer, In devive Properties it says that

This device is disabled. (Code 22)

Click Enable Device to enable this device.

if i enable the HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H42N ATA device

"Windows was not able to enable this device"

So guys kindly help me to sole and give the solution,

Try this:
Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs
Your CD or DVD drive cannot read or write media
The CD drive or the DVD drive does not work as expected on a computer that you upgraded to Windows Vista
