    How to speed up DVD Drive?


    Hello!
    I have Office 2010 DVD when i insert it to the my PC DVD drive then my whole PC going to stuck, not responding so i can't install Office 2010. Then i restart my PC using safe mode (Virus guard turn off=KIS 2011) then problem is same. So are there any way to solve this matter?

    First, inspect/clean/polish the Office disk. Instead of letting it autorun, open the directory and start it from the setup.exe. It doesn't sound as though it is a matter of drive speed, but most probably a dirty/damaged disk.

    You can also try extracting the contents of the dvd to hard drive. Just browse to the dvd, then copy and paste all its contents to a folder on the hard drive. Then, you can just install from the hard drive.

    I cleaned my DVD ROM but problem is not resolve!
