[Win 7 x64] BSOD on install (during completing installation step)

    Hi guys,

I have been having a number of driver woes lately (BSODs), so I decided to reformat and do a clean install. But I keep on getting a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD as it was completing the setup. I tried 3 times, it happened 3 times, like clockwork.

I have heard that there is a problem with Vista x64 installation if you got more than 2GB of RAM, could it be the same problem with Win7 x64?

Wipe the HD before reinstall. SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Test your RAM using memtest86 CD for 5-6 passes. Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS version update, set SATA controller to AHCI first, then IDE if ncessary.
