How to boot Win7 from VHD without MBR

Hi, I am currently unable to boot my VHD after a mishap with my MBR

I have access to the recovery console (using my DVD) but I kinda lost my notes on how to restore VHD booting without an OS.

EDIT: I can see my partitions and mount my VHD on the recovery console, I don't know what to do next to boot from my VHD again

I have tried bootrec /fixboot and /fixmbr

bootrec /rebuildbcd sees my VHD but it can't add it to boot list

bootrec /rebuildbcd sees my VHD but it can't add it to boot list => very strange it sees the vhd. The vhd can have names like C:\blabababa\sdgsdfgsdf\dfgdf\somename.sdfgdfg

afaik he can't no what's a vhd file! so isn't able to locate it. correct me if i'm wrong.

bootrec/scanos

does it find anything?

I have 2 disks may 320GB(DISK 1) boot drive and my 1TB(DISK 0) for my files
LIST VDISK shows VDisk 0 as Disk 2 (mounted as H
Vdisk0 is the VHD that I wanted to boot but I think my BCD is corrupted or something

bootrec /rebuildbcd identifies H: as a valid windows installation, however, it can't add it to boot list
EDIT: ^error returned by this is "The requested system device cannot be found"

still don't understand. disk 1 is your boot drive and has an active partition to boot from? disk 1 has only 1 partition?

DIR H: do you see files (windows stuff?)

Where's the vhd located? on disk1 or disk2? LIST VDISK will show you that I think. Still don't know and how recovery environment knows location of hvd. Did you do that manually?
