    HDD Upgrade on 64-bit??

I have a new win7 64-bit laptop with a 320 GB HDD. I have a 500GB sitting in the corner that I want to plug in, but I cannot find a good freeware utility to copy/ghost the image on the laptop to the 500gb drive. The main issue seems to be compatibility with the win 7 64-bit OS

I will be plugging the 500gb drive in via USB (if that matters).

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry to be such a newb... but I don't see any imaging app. You're not referring to the Win 7 "Easy Transfer" are you?

Another option is "clonezilla" its a live-cd distribution of linux. You boot from the cd and it will image your 320gb drive onto the 500gb drive, then expand the partition to take up all 500gb.
