Reinstalling Windows 7 Starter to Netbook

At my first installation of Windows 7 to my netbook there were 2 language options: Turkish & English
Today I decided to reinstall Win7 from, umm what you call, the partition where is located Windows 7 setup files, the hidden part of the HDD.
I pressed F11, it didn't worked. Googled it and I'm right, it is F11 for Casper's netbooks.
Then I tried F8, then reinstall Windows 7 (which does not exists on my desktop PC interestingly), and I installed it without problem. Even it backuped the old files. And didn't touched some folders under C.
But it is not clean installation as you can see it backuped the old files, didn't touched some folders under C, and the most inportant part is that now it is Turkish! Where is my English Windows 7?

I want to ask how can I start this Windows setup which is hidden at the HDD? Is there something like Linux distro and app to start it. I have USB sockets but not CD/DVD/etc... hardware.

Did you briskly and firmly tap the F11 key as the netbook is starting up? Are you sure the correct key combination is F11 alone? Check your manual at the Support Downloads webpage for your netbook model to be sure you are running it correctly.

Can you enter Windows 7 and navigate to Control Panel>Folder Options>View to unhide Hidden and System Files, then attempt to locate in hidden Recovery Partition the English image file used by F11 Recovery to reimage the HD? If so it can sometimes be mounted or written to USB stick to boot and run.

You can also locate a Win7 installer of any version to unlock all versions to clean reinstall Starter version with the Product Key on your netbook's COA sticker. However, as Product Keys are language-specific you need to know for sure if your license is for Turkish, English or both.

    1) Press F8 at startup.
    2) Open a command prompt Command Prompt at Startup
    3) Make your Recovery Partition ACTICE, on next boot the PC will boot to Recovery.
    Partition - Mark as Active

I'm experienced user. I have experience to install Windows from HDD.
I know that the combiation is F11, I checked it some forums.
There is no mention about it at the manual.
There is no mention about it at Support/Downloads web page.
These were my first places to check.
It is not like Asus's web site. They have only drivers for XP, thats it.

Cameon, you cannot open the hidden parttion from Fiw folders, you can open it only by giving it a letter, like D:/

At first I've installed windows as English (there were 2 options: English, Turkish). However now there is no option.

Well then give the Recovery Partition a letter and browse it with files unhidden to look for the image file. You should have no problem finding it as an experienced user.

First try Theog's suggestion to mark Recov partition active as this will often start it.
