BSOD After Install

Hello everyone, I have been looking around but so far I haven't found anyone with my problem yet. After what seemed to be a successful upgrade from Vista Home Premium 64-bit to Windows 7 RC 64-Bit, my computor BSOD's on the frist restart after displaying "System is Starting Services" (See attached pictures) The odd part is I then partitioned off my hard drive and did a clean install of 7, which worked great. Here are my specs:

Windows Vista™ Home Premium (64-Bit) Service Pack 1
HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU 2.00GHz
4062MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

Troubleshooting I have done:
-Uninstalled all programs and drivers that conflicted with compatibility report
-re-downloaded and burned the install disc
-tried installing the windows 7 beta as opposed to the rc
-disabled my video drivers

Thanks again everyone.

If a clean install on another partition works then that would suggest that the upgrade you have performed is what's causing the issues. I would suggest booting into your working partition, backing up your files from there and then doing a complete wipe/re-install.
