there are only 2 resolution options....

thanks for your suggestions but after 7 hours of trying to get an ubuntu to be useable its pretty obvious why it will never be a popular program beyond computer experts. there are only 2 resolution options available in virtual box unless you can write computer code. all that guest additions stuff..no idea if it is working or not. so goodbye virtually useless box and ubuntu from that source. going back to try and get it to work from a partition on the HD

Dual booting instructions...

Ubuntu:Lucid -

Wubi would be another option if you don't want to partition...
