Installed 7 on new SSD, can't boot to it

E: I'm a fool, just used the disk to do a start-up repair and what do you know. Nice to know this forum is here for any problems though, just incase.
As the thread title suggests, I got my new SSD today and put Windows 7 on it. Now I could choose to boot between the old drive and the SSD, so I just chose the SSD and went about reinstalling everything and the like, but after I formatted the old drive so I could use it as storage, I couldn't actually boot to the SSD at all.

I've reinstalled 7 on the old harddrive to try and find solutions but I've had no luck so far.

Hello Ximor, welcome to Seven Forums!

If I read your op correctly, have a look at disk management to see which SSD / HDD is "System Active"; if it's not the SSD and you only want to keep that (the SSD) as the only booting Windows 7 install you will need to mark the SSD as active and run startup repairs again, as many as 3 separate repairs with system restarts in between the repairs to make the SSD "System Active" so it'll boot on its own.
