Unable to install Adobe Reader 9...

I am using windows 7 OS on my PC.
Few weeks back, I installed Adobe Photoshop CS2 for my personal use. And after that when I am uninstalling the software, I am getting an error----"could not access network location 0"...
Tehn I installed Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the Photoshop and deleted all the registry entries related to photoshop.
Recently While updating the Adobe reader, not able to install the update. Getting the same error. And unable to uninstall or install.
Iam giving the error image here.
Presently I am using Foxit Reader ( uninstalled Adobe Reader) as my default PDF reader.
I want to install the Adobe Reader on my PC.
Please tell me how to recover this problem..
Thanking you..

junjuramesh,

Turn off you firewall and antivirus software and see if you can't install adobe reader.

After install, then you can turn them back on.

Thanks karlsnooks, I just Disabled the LAN connection after downloading the updates and installed them with no problem. After installing the updates I again Enabled the LAN connection. Now I am with my Adobe PDF Reader.

Thanks for sharing your time for my problem.
Thankyou very much.
