Installation in silent mode

Hello!
I've got a program which i must install on Windows 7 with elevated privileges. When i try to install my program throw command line such as “msiexec /i …msi /qninstalliation fall. User has Administrative rules, but property Privileged didn't set.
How could i solve this problem?

Are you running the command prompt as administrator?

Goto start/all programs/accessories/ then right click command prompt and select run as administrator.
